We are in Jiangxi Province, in the city of Nanchang. We have just checked in to the hotel rooms and we will be gathering together to leave for the Adoption Center in about an hour. We are having difficulty with our internet access and we may not be able to post pictures for a day or two (sorry) but we promise pictures as soon as we can. It is 36'F here today, and they are expecting snow! I guess we brought it with us!!!
Waiting for us in our hotel room was a baby crib, stroller and even a little tub to give her a bath. We have never had those things in our hotel room before!!! Very Strange, but wonderful. We are in a city here so there is a lot of noise coming in from outside especially honking cars! I hope they quiet down at night, we need as much sleep as we can get.
Yesterday we toured Hong Kong, and it was absolutely beautiful. We went to Repulse beach, Aberdeen Marina and rode a "junk" boat around the fishing harbor. We went to a mountain peak that we had to ride a cable car/tram car to get to the top. Very steep, but a great view out over Hong Kong.
Now we must go meet our facilitator, and then head off to meet the babies....... Are you excited?
