The Most Amazing Books!!!!!

Thank you so much to Tracy M., I so loved these February books!!!! I had never seen the "My First Chinese New Year" book. How perfect!!!!! It explains the whole holiday, I cannot wait to share this book with Jamie.

The valentines books were very special too, especially the Peter Rabbit board book. Your generosity and thoughtfulness really touched me!

More Paperwork?????

This week we received a lovely {yes, for those of you who know me "lovely" did have sarcastic overtones!} package in the mail.

It was full of paperwork, paperwork that is, that we thought we had completed and never had to do again. WRONG!!!!! All of our old paperwork is expiring so now we need to re-do everything again. Oh, did I forget to mention the fees????? Yes, that is correct we need to pay for everything again too!!!!

I'm feeling a little overwhelmed, and to some extent frustrated. I just hope that China speeds up a little so that we don't have to go through this a third time before we actually go to China. Ok, I'm whining......give me a day to sulk and then I will get over it! But in the mean time.....at the top is a pic of all the paperwork so that you can enjoy my paperwork nightmare too!

Barry has been out of town for 2 weeks now, and I don't expect him back for another week and a half. You would think I would have done all the much needed blogging updates. I have received so many beautiful presents over the holidays (yes, I mean Christmas) and otherwise and I just haven't had a chance to post them anywhere!!!! To all those who have given me so many adorable things for Jamie......I truly do apologize! Your gifts have been lovely and I will get them posted here very soon for everyone to enjoy.

I also need to do some maintenance! Blogger has upgraded the blogs, some of the changes I like and well, some Not so much! It appears that some of my links are no longer working so I promise to also get this stuff cleaned up.

We are hopefully days away from another release of referrals from China.......woohoo! Every batch of referrals puts a just a little closer to our referral for Jamie!

For my dear friend Michele.... I am just ecstatic for you and Chuck!!!!! Your little guy is too precious for words. Thanks for calling and making me check my email on Friday. I was honored to be a part of the excitement. May you receive a speedy TA and have safe travels!
